Douse is a web and mobile app that watches your bank transactions for gambling spending. The account is yours, and so is the choice of who else sees anything.
Read-only bank link
Connect your bank through Plaid in read-only mode. Douse can see transactions. It can never move money or see your bank password.
A spending zone you set
Pick a 7-day ceiling while you are calm. Douse tracks spending against it across rolling weeks and tells you when your zone changes.
Calm, factual alerts
When gambling activity is detected, you get a plain alert. If you choose, a support person you trust gets a status update too.
